North St. James Town Development by Lanterra
Lanterra acquires interests in the redevelopment of the north St. James town area which is located north of Howard street, south of Bloor and between Sherbourne and Parliament. The application has already been submitted and waiting the approval of the Toronto committee of adjustment.
The application includes four high-rise condo towers, a single 5 storey mid-rise residential, semi detached houses (on Glen Road), and a low-rise mixed-use (commercial and residential) building.
According to the proposal, the heights of the four condo towers will be 46, 50, 53 and 56 storeys, where the 50 storey condo to be built on Sherbourne street in front of Tridel’s James Cooper Mansion condominium.

The existing addresses are 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16 Glen Road; 4, 6, 58, 60, 62, 64, 76 and 100 Howard Street; and 603, 605, 607,609, and 611 Sherbourne Street.
